The company was first established as a Joint Stock Company in the year 2011 by the company Instrument Control Sweden AB. As of May, 2018, the company is 100% owned by Robot Aviation AS, Norway. UAS Europe unmanned aerial vehicle products are originating from the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration development projects.
